    It was great to see so many visitors to our booth at Foodpro yesterday! And we’re looking forward to seeing many more of you at the ICC in Darling Harbour, Sydney over the coming days.

    We have an exciting line up of talks at our Stand (D50 on Level 4) today…

    How Safe is X-ray Inspection of Food? (10.30am-11am)

    Listen to product inspection experts Simon Collins (ANZ Key Accounts Manager) and Francis Maytham (Engineering Manager) debunk common misunderstandings about the safety implications of using x-ray inspection. The duo is guaranteed to deliver some astonishing facts about this increasingly popular method of x-ray food inspection!

    Powercell Digital Load Cells Technology (1pm-1.30pm)

    As with all forms of technology, load cells have evolved rapidly over the last decade. Chris Paassens (Product Manager – Standard Industrial) will be discussing how advanced and hardwearing technology out performs similar technologies and is guaranteed to perform even in the harshest conditions. He’ll describe the benefits Powercell digital load cells offer, as well as provide valuable insight into the technology and its design.

    Get it Right with Moisture Testing (2pm-2.30pm)

    Nicholas Camm (Product Manager – Laboratory Solutions) will be explaining how to ensure food quality with moisture testing, as well as looking at current testing methods and how technology has advanced. Not to be missed!

    Preventative Maintenance Information in Process Analytics (3pm-3.30pm)

    Alni Tatari (ANZ Product Manager – Process Analytics) will be discussing how to take advantage of intelligent software to ensure high-performing sensors, predict calibration and maintenance of sensors, and how this can ensure food product quality.
